Do you shampoo the interior?

Yes! With our Full interior we shampoo carpets, floor matts, seats and anything that can be shampooed.

Can you come out to me for this service?

Yes! For this service we are able to come out to your office, job or apartment. We just need access to the vehicle, be allowed to be on property and then having enough room for us to work. Our vehicle has all the tools, products, water and electricity to get the job done. Some of the areas we service are Dallas, Arlington, Irving, Grand Prairie, Carrolton, Oak Lawn, and surrounding areas!

Will my seats be soaking wet?

No! We do not soak your seats with water. With the tools and products we have, we try to remove much of the stains with applying less water. Depending on the weather with fabric material it will be close to 80% dry. If we need to speed up the process of drying, we do apply air movers to even have it more dry by the time we return your vehicle.

Does the Full Interior Cleaning fit a brand new car?

It just depends on the level of condition your vehicle is in. Most likely with a brand new vehicle, you most likely don’t need a Full Interior Cleaning. We can do something like our Mini-Interior Cleaning and that is able to get a thorough cleaning but not a deep clean.

Does this remove smoke odor from my interior?

The interior of your vehicle will look 10x better but there is two different things when it comes to making it look better and removing an odor from the interior. This service will help reduce an odor but it is not guarantee that it will be completely eliminated. With that being said, if you are looking to get the odor removed from your vehicle it will be closer to our smoke odor removal services.

Do you remove seats?

We don’t remove the seats from the interior. We have the tools and products to get into the cracks and crevices of the vehicle.

Does the cleaning include the trunk?

The trunk is included in our Full Interior Cleaning but we do have customers have many items in the vehicle and they don’t want us to clean it so we skip it and they handle it on there own.

Can you clean every stain?

We have done several interiors by this point and not every time is perfect. Due to the condition of the vehicle, we can only bring it back to a certain condition. Going to hard on the fabric material will cause damage/ discolor/ fray of the material so we have limits on what we can do.

My interior is really bad. Can you handle it?

At this point, we have done hundreds of different interiors from different years, makes and models of vehicles.
